Overview
To accelerate the democratization of analytics, I developed industry and line-of-business solution blueprints — for marketing, supply chain, finance, and more — that map real business problems to analytic approaches. They were used with Fortune 500 organizations worldwide, including some of the most analytically mature companies in the world.
Impact
Blueprints only matter if sellers can find and use them, so I built a scalable content management and delivery system that let sales and solution engineering search, author, and track use cases. Paired with training on analytical use cases, it gave the field a shared language for the business value of analytics.
