I’m the Vice President of Learning Architecture at Area 9 Lyceum. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Philosophy from the Northern Michigan University.
I truly relish the experience of learning and fortunately, I still have a lot to learn. In particular, I study the needs of markets, businesses, and clients through conversations and usage data with the goal of knowing them better then they know themselves. I am always trying to strike the right balance between quantitative and qualitative in order to deliver products to the market that delight our customers.
When I’m not building world-class learning platforms, I love crawling the web for cool datasets, creating data visualizations with Tableau, programming in python, building/breaking robots or rockets with my three children and volunteering for the local school board.
Life is short, my goal is to learn as much as possible and in the process, leave the world in a better state than when I entered it.
It is hard to summaerize anyone in a few words,
but here are a few thoughts about myself.
Building a shared vision through collaboration and inspiration is always the goal, but I have a keen ability to determine when it is best to lead from the back and when it is time to stand and lead from the front.
Not all things are created equal. I haved developed a unique ability to segment and target based on the needs of a business.
There is a natural magic to the way things work. My curiosity knows no bounds and is the driving force behind my work ethic.
This is a collection of professional and passion projects. Since my interests include a wide range of subjects from data science to public education, you will find a plethora of projects to read about.
